REFUND POLICY

Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital software licenses and activation keys, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been delivered.
However, Software Vault may issue refunds under the following circumstances:
Eligible Refund Situations
- The license key is invalid and cannot be activated.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- Duplicate charges were made.
- The purchased product cannot be provided.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted when:
- The product has been successfully activated.
- The customer purchased the wrong product.
- The customer failed to verify system compatibility.
- The customer no longer needs the software.
- The software publisher changes product features or requirements.
Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may require 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
